AbouT THE PRINTS
Hi & thanks for visiting our print store! Our fine art prints are all original photographs taken by ITCHBAN. The selection of prints were carefully & personally curated to perfectly suit your home decor & art collection.
Please note that all prints come unframed as this makes international shipping easier and possible to a greater selection of countries & regions.
All photographs are printed edge-to-edge (no white border). If you require white border please let us know.

Lustre vs Matte
Lustre is my personal favourite as it will suit most situations & display environments. We use Epson Ultra Premium Luster Photo Paper which is between a gloss and matte finish, providing you with highly saturated look and maximum ink coverage. Because of its saturation and resistance to fingerprints, luster paper is a popular choice for giclée quality photographic prints.

Matte is a higher contrast paper with deeper blacks and is non-reflective. It is the more suitable choice to be displayed in a brighter light filled room (it also looks great behind glossy glass). Museum-quality prints made on thick and durable matte paper. Each print is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper that yields brilliant prints to brighten up any room.

Our fine art prints are carefully rolled & packaged into Kraft tubes to ensure safe and protected international delivery.
We ship globally at a flat rate to make it easier and more accessible for everyone. Additional prints per order are only $5 extra.
Covid-19 update: Due to the pandemic, we currently are not able to ship to the following countries:
Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Liberia, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Panama, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen, Iran, Crimea, Syria, North Korea.
RETURN policy
We take great pride in our artwork and want them to look great in your homes & art collections. If there are any issues with your orders please contact us within three days of delivery.
Our fine art prints are carefully printed & handled after you place your order. If there is any damage or defects please let us know as soon as possible. Please send an image along with your order number & name to shop@itchban.com and we will replace the print at no cost to you.
As each print is made to order, we are not able to accept returns or offer a refund due to change of mind.
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct in your order as we are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect details
