IFTTT Recipe: Instagram likes saved to Dropbox folder

I've always liked the idea of IFTTT (If This, Then That). To be able to meaningfully integrate all your gadgets, gear and Internet of Things (IoT) and have them play nice together is a dream to most productivity addicts.

IFTTT has made a valiant first effort to do away with the grittiness of coding to allow you to set up "triggers" for events that help automate tasks and actions. I have just finished setting up my "channels" (apps and utilities that are connected to the service) and the first very useful "Recipe" I've set up is for IFTTT to automatically save all the Instagram photos that I like to a folder in my Dropbox.

Pretty handy to keep a folder full of your photography inspiration. Best of all, it is completely automated!
