If you haven't had time to read the reviews about Apples new products, I'll sum it up for you: It is the best ever [insert product]. That is, if you're in the market for an upgrade of either of any Apple product, and you have the money, do it. The 5K Retina iMac is actually (currently) the world's highest resolution screen. Apple doesn't mess around with their screens and you can be sure that they're the most colour-accurate panels out there. They definitely beat any oversaturated OLED panels Samsung vomits out.
Definitely a necessary upgrade if you're a professional in multimedia.
As for the iPad Air 2. Apple have gotten themselves in a bit of a pickle. Their iPads are so bullet proof and eternal that, as a product, they last forever. If you have anything less than an iPad Air (first generation) then sure upgrade. Otherwise it might be wise to just be content with your pretty slim iPad Air.

The Bluetooth speaker market is pretty saturated right now. You are spoiled for choice. The Bowers & Wilkins options is relatively cheap, great sounding and most importantly great looking. This thing will blend in with your home decor without a problem!
